Hi, I'm Beth—

From a young age, people often called me an old soul — wise beyond my years, deeply aware of life's bigger picture. Looking back, I can see how those early reflections shaped my lifelong commitment to growth and self-awareness.

Over the past 45 years, life has offered me no shortage of experiences to grow through: I’ve been married and divorced three times. I’ve loved and lost deeply, including both my biological father and my stepfather.

Losing my stepfather to suicide was one of the most defining moments of my life. In the wake of his death, I felt heartbreak, confusion, anger — and a lot of guilt. I searched for meaning but found myself unable to piece together a single clear thought. That’s when I turned to coaching — not to erase the pain, but to learn how to move through it.

Life Coaching Changed My Life & It Can Change Yours Too

With the guidance of two incredible coaches, Bill and Erica, I was able to heal much more deeply — and much faster — than I could have imagined. They helped me reframe my stepfather’s passing: not as something to be buried under grief, but as a powerful legacy to live forward into the world.

What I thought I wanted was for the pain to go away.
What I received was something far greater — the ability to transform pain into gratitude, growth, and purpose.

During that same season of coaching, I was serving as the Designated Broker for a new real estate company in Twin Falls. The tools I gained through coaching didn’t just help me heal personally; they made me a stronger leader, a more connected recruiter, and a more intentional mentor.

I learned to teach agents how to grow their businesses with focus, resilience, and heart — even through something as simple (and bold) as door-knocking. And in that same spirit of growth and openness, I attracted a wonderful partner into my life.

That first coaching experience was truly life-changing. It wasn’t a year-long investment, but one that would last a lifetime.

Seventeen years later, I still carry Bill and Erica’s wisdom with me — hearing their words, feeling their steady presence as I continue to walk new paths.

I chose to invest in coaching again— this time with John. John helped me identify what I truly wanted for my life and business. He helped me name the fears that were holding me back, and build the courage and structure to walk through them. The past three years have been a season of profound transformation. Operating from my own inner wisdom more than ever before, I’ve created a life and business rooted in peace, clarity, and joy.

And again — just like before — the impact of coaching has far outlasted the sessions themselves. I continue to draw from John's insight and guidance as new challenges and new opportunities arise.

Today, I coach from a place of intuition, experience, and unwavering belief in what’s possible for every person I work with. I'm passionate about helping you uncover what you want to create — and just as importantly, what's standing in your way.

My coaching isn’t about temporary inspiration. It’s about lasting transformation — the kind that continues to support you long after our work together is complete.

I’ve been told many times that the work we do doesn’t end when the contract does.

That’s how I know I’ve done my job.

If you're ready to create lasting change in your life, I'm here to walk alongside you.

Let's start the journey together.

A Bit More About Me

My first backpacking trip was with a woman who I met at the top of a mountain! She and I became fast friends and have had many hiking and camping adventures together. You just never know who will come into your life when you are open to having a human connection.
I used to own and ride a Harley Davidson with my best friend, Thelma! You guessed it, I am Louise! The Harleys have since moved on but the names stuck. If you call me Louise, I will respond.
You can find me attending yoga retreats with complete strangers. The first yoga retreat I attended was in Colombia. Following my bliss looks like adventure into the unknown and embracing the beauty that arises when life is spontaneous and open.
Parenting my daughter Lucy has been the greatest gift in my life. I have learned that joyful children turn into joyful adults which equals a joyful world. I love sharing tools with my clients that help them parent from a place of love and acceptance.
I LOVE to travel! Some of my most favorite and most memorable trips have been to Venezuela, Ireland, and Greece. I love getting to experience the rhythm of various cultures. My bucket list dream vacation is taking my daughter to Borneo. Ever been? If so, shoot me a message of your favorite parts!
My secret dream is to perform on stage, whether it be singing, acting, or playing an instrument. My best friend and I had a small taste of this dream. We performed “Leaving On A Jet Plane” by Peter, Paul and Mary in front of her fellow students who were learning to play the ukulele. Any requests?
I got the opportunity to be behind the scenes of a very popular country music video in the desert of Nevada. The song is a duet and is sung by two singers whose names begin with “C.” Any guesses?
This is Presley Chocolate Brownie and she has been a member of our family since 2021. She loves to snuggle and brings so much loving energy to our home. I didn’t know I loved dogs until she came along!
I love winter! Whether it be downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing or just being silly, winter brings out so much joy inside of me. What is your favorite season?

Fun Fact– I thought I wanted to be a health coach.

For years, I had a voice in the back of my mind whispering that I was supposed to be helping people in a deeper way. I had been on a health journey for about 10 years and so thought I wanted to be a health coach. But, I quickly realized that eating healthy food and exercising doesn’t always lead to better health. There is a deeper part of our being that is attributed to our overall health. If this deeper part of our being is out of alignment, we can eat the healthiest diet and exercise 7 days per week and still be carrying extra pounds and feel dis-ease in our body.
